LED Colored Lights
I will be attending Daytona Bike Week in a few short weeks. I will be looking to add LEDS to my 2019 CVO Street Glide. It has been awhile since I researched them and was wondering if there is a preferred, high quality brand. I want the best, brightest and most reliable. Also, is there a company I should have do the installation. I don't want some yahoo running wires all over the place and are not connected properly or neatly.
Thanks in advance!

At Sturgis a few years ago I had Monster Bright LEDs do the work, not cheap but worked well. Looks like they will be at Daytona.
I will, however, caution you that unless you do most of the work on your own bike, depending on how completely you light up your bike, those wires will just get in the way of techs who work on your bike, and based on experience they wont go back on the exact way they were installed, and as a result can themselves become unreliable or loose.

Each to his own.....but IMHO they're definitely not my "style"....AND....most states outlaw their use when moving. Personally, when parked I'm trying to draw as little attention as possible to my HD.
FYI.....from the internet:
"Laws regarding the use of LEDs (Light Emitting Diode) are normally enclosed under the lighting requirements of state traffic laws or motor vehicle codes. Most states have definite laws relating to restrictions on the use of accent lighting and other unlawful motorcycle alterations, in terms of type, color, and particularly location on the motorcycle. As a general principle, LEDs are legal so long as they remain concealed and unlit on roads and do not flash or include the colors red or blue for obvious reasons.
Because the laws on LEDs vary significantly by state, riders looking to add colorful lights should first check under the unlawful vehicle modification laws of their specific state to elude potential penalties."

While I don't care for LEDs, what is legal ( at this level) is the least of my concerns.
When the cops decide to enforce ALL THE LAWS then I think I, for one, will concern myself about what is not legal. Many people (cars, trucks, bikes) in my area run LED accessory lighting - even red and blue.
But I doubt there is much to worry about. They no longer prevent nor are they proactive. They are only reactive. Too much paperwork or they may actually have to look up from their Toughbooks to actually see infractions. So if you get in a wreck, and before you take your last breath, that cop may actually stand over your mangled body and bike and write the infraction. :-)

My set was from Superbrightleds.com. They don't make the "kits" anymore but one thing I like about mine, and I assume most do this now, is I have a lead that is hooked to my brake light line so it lights up all of the accent lights red whenever I hit the brakes whether they are on at the time or not regardless of what color is selected. It's great at night, nobody can say they didn't see you were stopping.
I installed them myself, cleaned the surface real good before applying and then ran a bead of clear hi temp silicone seal around each strip. 3 or 4 years later they're as good as the day I put them on
