So I had the dealership install the Muller slave cylinder when I bought my 2019 RG three years ago. Everything was great until last week when I noticed the clutch not disengaging, hard to shift and creeping forward while stopped. Looks like the rubber seal is shot. Has anyone else had a similar problem ? Should I replace it with a HD actuator or go a different route?
Yup had the same problem with my mueller. Smelled oil burning, looked on the right and saw oil seeping out of where mueller was Installed. Took it to dealer and was told gasket was bust, changed gasket. Its been 700 miles now and so far its good.
Not a Mueler but just did an Rekluse on mine and I do get a bit of creep with it, kinda bummed out. Got heavier springs in it and was hoping the Rekluse would help.
Not true about the only needing to remove on a 2-1 exhaust. I run True Duals and had to remove my rear pipe to get cover off. Really depends on the exhaust. My factory header on my 14 I could remove the cover without touching the exhaust.

I installed a Rekluse as well and BTW if youlook on Youtube they have an installation video which you may find useful. Loosened everything to make the change. However, then I watched a video on Fix My Hog where the tech gently used a breaker bar to push the pipes out of the way and get the cover off. I'll do that when I change the fluid this summer as it will be a lot less hassle but as mentioned have to be very gentle doing it so not to crack or damage anything.
I have the Muller slave and it is by far, the best mod I've done. Interesting info on the seal however. I'll double check mine. I'm 10k miles on mine and it's been fine, however, a few days ago I heard a little grinding sound when I down shifted into 2nd from 3rd. Couldn't get it to repeat though and I have not noticed oil dripping, smells, or creeping. But I will certainly take a closer look. I guess the fix for it would be a new gasket. Forgive me, but which gasket exactly?

I don't have a Muller but if it's built anything like the AIM I have, they are probably talking about the wiper seal or "o-ring" that goes around the piston. It's a lot like a brake caliper.
My first Gen AIM leaked - like a lot of them did - but the replacement Gen 2 has been great for the last 2 years... like you, it's the best Mod I've done to the bike.
What exactly does it do to make it the "best thing I've done to the bike"?
I have one and while it doesnt rank as the best thing for me (heated grips occupy that spot) it does increase the friction zone on hydraulic clutches so its less awful and also takes less hand strength to operate the clutch. I still much prefer a cable clutch like the one on an Evo Road King I just sold.

some of the 19s had VERY stiff clutch pulls. Mine included. I am talking Hulk pulls that would wear out your hand in a traffic jam. I did the Muller upgrade, and it improved the pull 90% and put the friction zone closer to the bar. I can see where someone might make this comment if they had issues like this.
Before the take it to the dealer crowd chimes in; I did take mine in, 2 week old bike. They said it was within acceptable limits. I showed them 4 on the floor that were like butter when you squeezed them, and they said they knew, but HD would not cover mine.
From that day I just work on my own bike.

It reduces the effort needed to activate the clutch so it's easier to use and it increases the friction zone for better fine tuning while riding low speed maneuvers. For the price, absolutely worth it.
