Back in 2015 I had decided to get shocks for my Low Rider from Howard. First, he told me via email to call him at my convenience. We had a long conversation that resulted in him sending me shocks that were perfect. I was about to recommend him to a friend who lives near where Howard was located, but I figured I'd check first. I didn't even know he had passed. Big loss.
