New Wheels, kinda
My buddy hasa 99 Fatboy and we could never go that far because of the shaking. He would be sore as heck and things would need to be tightened if we went more than 45 miles away. And forget about going over 55mph on it. So, he sees me and my new Road Glide and going on my long trip out West and he rents an Ultra Classic and goes down to the Dragon with a few other buddies. He loves the Ultra, and we talked about going on a ride around Lake Michigan this fall, but he would rent the Ultra again. He follows me in to my dealer when I had the derby cover bolt freeze and he sees a Black Cherry/silver 2007 Ultra sitting there. He loves the Black Cherry, he breaks down and buys it.
So, we are looking at his new bike and talking what to add and he says "Man, I wish this had silver wheels like yours." I said, "You want silver wheels, I got silver wheels and I want black wheels. Wanna trade?" He looks at me shocked and asks, "Really? You'd trade?"
Tell the salesman to make thae swap!" I tell him.
We both love the way our new wheels look on the bikes.
So, we are looking at his new bike and talking what to add and he says "Man, I wish this had silver wheels like yours." I said, "You want silver wheels, I got silver wheels and I want black wheels. Wanna trade?" He looks at me shocked and asks, "Really? You'd trade?"

Well, it took a while but I finally got a few pictures of my buddy's Ultra with my silverRG wheels. I, and many others, think that the silver wheels look a lot better on his red&silver Ultra

Well, it just worked out that way.I may still opt for aftermarket wheels this next year, in black, but this worked for now
