Does anyone know what this connector is for that is located just below the oil dipstick? Thanks 2021 SGS
I went back and looked at pictures of my Exhaust install and looks like it could be your o2 sensor. Others will probably be along to confirm (or maybe correct me). Good luck.
Edit to add I have a 2019 Street Glide. Not at home to look but dont believe I have any other connectors in that area.
I've got the same connector on my RK.. It's capped with a rubber plug like yours.
Pretty sure it's for the optional Cool Flow Fan.. The necessary wiring and connectors are installed at the factory. Just needs to be hooked up when you add the cooling fan. https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/e...Fan/p/26800121

What color are the wires? The two wires for the cooling fan connector are violet/black, and brown/blue.
Thanks for the info. The connector in my photo is a four conductor that appears to be: Brown/Orange Viloet/Green Black/White and Green Black. Also in the installation instructions for the Fan it shows it connecting to the 2 conductor accessory connector under the right side cover and a separate 2 conductor control switch connector via a relay harness. The fan itself appears to only be a 2 conductor connector. I don't think the connector in question is for the fan?
I've been interested in this cooling fan. I watched a YouTube install video a while ago and saw the fan plugged in to an existing connector.. I figured the unused plug was for that. But I went over the video again (Look for "Doc Harley install cool flow fan").
There is another unused plug for the fan.. It's not the one we're discussing.. In the photo below, there's a red arrow pointing at the plug used for the fan... Now I'm interested in what the other plug is for Someone must know...
