2015 Road King primary noise
Recently noticed a lot of additional noise coming from my primary; kind of a chattering at certain RPMs. Since I had also noticed the signature compensator clunk when turning off the bike, I was hoping the compensator was the sole cause. I swapped out the stock compensator for a Darkhorse Man-O-War and the clunk is gone but the chatter is not. Chain and tensioner all look fine so I'm now in the middle of replacing the inner primary bearing and the clutch bearing. Since I'm this far into it, what else should I inspect or replace while I'm in there? There are no signs of any oil leakage anywhere behind the primary. Should I replace the shifter shaft seal or just leave it alone since there is no sign of a problem? Bike has 35k miles BTW.

No real significant difference in feel or performance with the Darkhorse. About the only thing I possibly noticed is that when slowing down while using engine braking, there is less bucking as you approach lower RPMs.
