Carb Jetting
You don't mention year or model... SO since you have a carb, I will assume it's an 88" Twin Cam bike... If it's an EVO or even a shovel head, my advice would be similar...
I googled Fueling 525 kit, and it seems to include new cams... If true, you need to retune the bike...
I have no experience with Fueling products, so can't advise on specifics... but depending on how different the cams are compared to what you had before, you probably also need to change the timing curve for best performance from the new cams....
You can get a replacement ICM (Ignition Control Module) like the ones from Daytona Twin Tec, that will allow for custom timing curve changes.

You will also need to go through the process of tuning your carb... Do you have the OEM CV40 carb...? If so, it's pretty easy to do.. but there is a process... you start with mixture screw, which will tell you if you need to increase the pilot jet, then how it drives will dictate main jet, and/or needle... etc, etc, etc...
There are many good tutorials about the CV 40 Carb here:

While none of this is particularly hard to do, it can be involved, and a little daunting, for someone who has never tackled it before...
You can research what needs to be done, and then work through it learning all the way.... OR, consult a good independent shop who can set it up for you...
But I would warn against running the bike without a retune after changing cams.... A cam change can cause a rather large change to the airflow and fuel requirements of an engine... too lean or too rich, can cause damage to your engine...
Good luck with your mods...
