The HD site specifically says it works with lowered rear shocks, which would mean 11" rear, not 12". I'm sure they mechanically work with 12" rear shocks, but you are changing suspension geometry by lowering the front and not the rear. you will reduce trail which makes the bike more nimble (happy to turn easily), and less stable. It should still be in the safe to ride measurement of trail, but you may notice that it doesn't track straight as well on the highway, and may be more apt to wobble in fast corners with wind or road conditions exacerbating the problem.

You might be able to put lowering blocks on the Revo-A to get them down to the 11" spec recommended by HD for those fronts, but if you do make sure you buy something high quality, loc-tite them, and torque them correctly. I've had two friends who tried rear lowering blocks on touring and had one side break causing them to bottom out, and shred their rear wiring. Another option would be to order a set of Pro-Action rear shocks, as they make 11" up to 14" to order, and can get them in stock from a dealer on amazon in 11" size.

Yes you’re fine doing that . The 13s are 13s. The 12s are 12s . The 13s are adjusted for an inch of sag . You’re good to go and your bike will ride fine . Email legend. They’re great and will tell you to go for it .

not correct. it specifically mentions in the description that 'comes stock on the ultra low models, which means 12'' shocks.

Use the chat feature with Legend. I recently used it. They came on in about 30 seconds, and were very helpful.
