There all over ebay, but if you want it without holes harley has 3 differnt ones. Standard one without the holes, a Black one and a comfort design one. Take a look at the SVO Ultra it has the chrome one on it.

Are you talking about the chrome bar that runs along under each bag? I got a new set if so...........
