Does anybody know what this toggle switch does?

On an 03 with unknown number of prior owners and mods it's a guess. Most of the time it's for the passing lights.

If I remember, it was for passing lights. Now, don't ask me what the other side one was, I forget.

Left side is Aux switch, right side switch is fog lights

When I bought my 03 Road King Classic new, the left side was the accessory switch and the right was for the passing lamps.
I had them changed around so that the left was for the passing lamps. Didn't have to take my hand off throttle to switch lamps on/off.

Mine was also for that reason by previous owner, made more sense that way.
