I have "Crotch Cooler" and I've used both the sheep skin and An Air Halk.
They both work but like mentioned, the sheepskin can become wet during a rain making it useless for days.

I have the Alaskan sheep skin cover for my bike.
I’ve long read about it’s benefits, especially longer rides.

I must be in the minority, but.. it really didn’t help me at all. I put about 1K miles on over 2-3 days in late August/Early September. Mix of highway and back road/city roads.

I’ve long been a Mustang Fan, but… I may be looking elsewhere.

I like my sheep skin. But haven't rode a new bike in the heat yet. Cams, tune, and head work is probably one option not mentioned.

Corbin makes a cooling seat. Curious it actually does. I may splurge for heat, but doubt cooling.

The HD circulator does 2 things really well. The cooling is great. It feels like someone is softly/gently blowing on your taint while you're going down the highway. It also helps keep you dry when it rains.
So, a nice cool airflow under you, and keeps you dry by reducing or preventing sweat and draining away the rain.
