2022 limited 300 miles- leaking coolant reservoir, leaking bottom of hose coming out of reservoir, had a very small pinch clamp, paper clip size (thickness). Dealer replaced reservoir and clamp, a normal 1/4 inch clamp like the one on the top of the reservoir. all good for the last week
Most of those clamps hold well. Yes, not the "perfect or best", but most don't experience any leaks. With so few miles on the OP's cycle my guess is it was a manufacturing/assembly screw up. "Sh-t happens".....but glad they took care of it (even it took 2 trips to the dealer.)
