Default 09 Electra Glide Classic Audio Upgrade
I recently purchased an 09 Electra Glide Classic that has a Kenwood KDC-X998 excelon stereo with stock speakers. Looking for some recommendations on the most cost effective way to upgrade and get better sound. I was planning to start with replacing the factory speakers, but wondering if an amp with speakers would be ideal to get louder and better audio quality. Audio greenhorn here, so just looking for some basic recommendations.

Check out the audio forum, tons of great advice over there. I went with a Sony head unit, D4 amp and Arc Moto 602speakers. Been running this setup for almost 5 years and it still sounds great.

Put good speakers in your helmet.
