I’m about to start the upgrade this weekend on my 18 Ultra Limited. It’s got 30k miles on it so it’s in need IMHO. I need to get a few misc sockets so tomorrow after work I’ll pick those up. Otherwise all parts are in. I’ll update this thread as I start the process.

I know it would too, but my spend budget is done for the year. Now if I found some local for cheap enough i would consider it. I do plan to sand and polish them as they are a bit road beaten.
Started the tear down this morning before work. Here’s a few pics. Not sure I needed to pull the ignition switch as I saw online. I think the cover would slide out with it in place.
