Error code
Regarding 2005 HD Road King Classic. Error code on speedometer V IN ER. Is there a way to clear this without having to take it in for diagnostic check. Just had bike serviced, gas tank was cleaned out and shortly after this code appeared. Thanks in advance for any help.

That's usually due to a miscommunication between the ECM/Speedo....
Was the tank removed for cleaning...??
If so, that would require removing the console/Speedo...
It's possible the wiring wasn't reconnected or a pin was bent when the speedo connector was reattached....
