'22 SGS. Amazon LED signals front and rear. The reason behind these are they don't have the light flopping around inside the lens. However, Blinkers flash at normal speed but hyper-flash on dash after a couple seconds. I have done the hazard relearn several times and over 5 min. I have also done the ign-on hazard-on ign-off sequence and still have hyper-flashing. My '19 had no issue relearning but this '22 won't do it. I'm aware of the module to plug-in for hyper-flashing but that is intended to remedy the actual blinker hyper-flashing.
Turn on ignition. Turn on hazard lights. Leave hazards running for about 3-5 minutes. Shut off ignition. Shut off hazards. Should be good now. The canbus has to ‘adjust’ to the new load of the new lights.
I have Custom Dynamics. My left signal does that from time to time. The signals function, but the dash indicator blinks faster. I have done the relearn but it has not changed and I've called Custom Dynamics and they were unable to help.
I have found it's only under specific conditions it happens. I'm braking when I hit the left signal. If i signal, then brake it won't happen. Similar to yours, but what you're describing is it happens all the time?
I ran the cheaper Amazon LED lights for a while. I ended up riding home one night with only half my taillights working, as in the ring of lights became a mess of spots and ultimately died. I will never trust lights like that again and lesson learned. Custom Dynamics is expensive but worth every penny, especially considering it's a safety feature.
I have very expensive Eagle lights Sunburst turn/running lights, and they do the same thing. Just the dash. The lights are incredibly bright, so I’m learning to live with it

On my bike each turn signal is powered individually. A CAN bus signal is sent to the speedo and from there power is sent to light up the dash. It could be a bug in the BCM,
On some models the indicator light will blink slightly faster. As long as the turn signals themselves are blinking at the correct speed, you have them installed correctly. Let me know if you have any other questions!
