So my green plug is shot and namz does not have the upgrade for my 2015 with no availability date in site so I made a chart crossing over the wires and I am gonna do the splice, soder removal. My questions are:
1. How do I remove plug at the end of the run so I can fish through when Im done with the removal?
2. the other plug which is 2 wires black and white, guessing handwarmers which I do not have. Can I remove it al together or does it somehow complete a circiut of some sort.
Thank You guys for any and all help.
Sorry I dont have an answer for your exact question, but if you buy the screamin eagle TBW harness it will come one piece without the green plug. Might be an easier and quicker way to go.
If you have the NAMZ part number you could search Ebay. I was in a similar situation a while back and was able to find one there for a reasonable price.
Ill look for the part on ebay. The years 2014-15 are a different tbw then them all and they don't make my year. I know this because i returned the up to 2013 and the 2106 set ups. I take a look on ebay.
If you know you are not ever going to install heated grips, you can cut the two wire ( black and white ) plug off. I did and it made running the wires a little easier
