hey guys I have terrible situation with the regulations in Georgia and I had one solution to it
so I need to know can I transfer everything from my Electra glide ultra classic 2005 model to new frame of Road glide 2013 and what I should be censored about. whole point is to swap everything to new frame and leave the old frame behind (reason why I want to do this:government is forcing me to pay 100% of bike price and after swap I wont have to pay anything)

This swap sounds like it could involve evading the law, like the serial number belongs to a stolen bike. I am not understanding how switching a frame is going to help you with the government if this is legit.
You should be censored about the chop shop you may be operating.
If I am wrong about this, I apologize.

You need to provide a lot more information and back round. Legit title issue are easy to fix in any state long as you follow the rules.
New frame is not going to hide the engine numbers. HD will not sell you a frame without the neck with VIN on it cut out and handed over. Along with a valid title.
