Just on my way to pick up my new SE pipes (slip ons). Installing them myself - I need to learn to do this stuff myself or I could barely afford to put new mirrors on!
I've never done anything like this before but I am capable of usinga wrench.
I do have the HD Service Manual but all of the instructions seem to be for a complete exaust change.
Do I need a torquewrenchfor this or do I just tighten it untilshe's tight?
Any little tricks anyone knows?

I haven't installed any on the new bikes (plenty on my old Shovels), but if the mounting hardware is correct, they should just slip on and bolt till tight. Some guys have posted putting some sort of sealer on the header pipe first. Maybe someone will come along smarter than me and get that straight.
