Looks like I'll be hanging out here now.
I do plan on swapping it over to a Carb but not right away due to the cost of the kit. I'm going to sell off some **** I've got along with some take off **** I'll be removing to help defray the cost of the conversion.
I think I got a fair deal on it and it comes with a lot of extra stuff including the FSM and the original shocks which he said he replaced within 100 miles of getting the bike.
It needed a new rear tire so I've got the Dealer coming to pick it up at the guys house I bought from to install the tire and take a look at the cam chain tensionors while they have it. It has 49,000 original owner miles on it and he's never dealt with the issue so I'm thinking it's about time.
I'll probably be looking for a cop seat setup for it before the good weather hits.
Unfortunately, I don't have any pics of it. He took his listing down before I could copy any.
After I bought it, I went to my local dealer and did a demo ride on a new Street Glide because they were giving $50.00 store credits if you did a demo ride. Easiest $50.00 I think I've ever made.
I just don't trust electronic ****.
The PO put a batwing fairing on it with a 4 speaker stereo system. I haven't owned a bike with a fairing since having a GW in the 1980's.
I'm leaning toward removing it but think I'll give it 1,000 miles or so to see if I can get used to it.
If I do leave it on, confidence is high that I will not be using the stereo but, ya never know.

Leave it FI until and unless it becomes a problem. You can always convert later if it becomes an issue down the road. FI is superior in every way. Even old dogs can learn new tricks.
