4-point Dock #52300353 $175
Tour Pack Mounting Bracket #53000221 $225
Run/Brake/Turn lights - I used CD's Fillerz $230
Tag Relocation Bracket - I used a curved CD one with a CD lit tag frame $120
Antenna(s) Relocation Bracket/Hidden Antenna(s) - #76000862 AM/FM $75 - I use that HD one and its works fine, but the reviews are missed on it.
Anyone here install the 4-Point Dock and TP Mounting Bracket part numbers on a 2017 Ultra Ltd FLHTK? When I look at those parts on the H-D website, it says they do not fit the 2017 Ultra Ltd FLHTK. Also says under Details, “Fits '14-later Touring models (except models equipped with rigid-mount Tour-PakŽ luggage and '24-later FLTRXSTSE).” If not these part numbers, then what numbers?

It is those part numbers, I used that stuff on my 2023 RGL myself... The reason it says that (the highlighted and embolden text in your quote) is because your bike currently has the "rigid mounted" tour pack, from the factory. Some of that stuff isn't for use with the rigid mount system... but you will be removing that rigid mount to make it "quick disconnect" mounted.... As dumb as it sounds, that is why it says that.

For instance, you can't put the 4 point dock, or the tour pack bracket on your bike, because the factory rigid mount is currently in the way... but when you get that factory stuff off and out of the way, all of a sudden there's magically room and a place to mount those two items I didn't design their website, just interpreting it.

I get what you’re saying. That would be a dumb way for them to say, the parts won’t fit with your current configuration, but if you remove the factory rigid mount TP hardware, these parts will fit. I mean the whole purpose for using these parts is to replace the current rigid mount base plate and integrated rails to achieve a detachable config. I’d like to see if someone here has actually had success using these on a ‘17 FHLTK. I suppose I can also call the stealer tomorrow too.

They'll work to do what you want to do (they are actually the parts to do that). But remember, all the touring bike's that do not come with factory tour packs, these same parts are how you would add a tour pack to them...
I guess it should say “Fits '14-later Touring models (Note: Models with rigid mount Tour-PakŽ luggage will require the removal of the factory rigid mount).”
Then what ever is applicable on the 2024 and later ST CVO...

Yeah, that should be it. Update: I ordered and installed the full conversion kit from Hogworkz. I had a little alignment issue with the rear dock points which I resolved by adding a 1/8” chrome spacer to each side that I got from Ace. I learned that even the H-D kit comes with an extra set of chrome spacers to resolve any potential alignment issues. The Hogworkz kit looks and works great.

I looked up a few of these parts in the Harley catalog, they say it won't fit a 2021. Anyone have any experience with these on a newer bike?
