I have a 2007 ElectraGlide Classic. When i have been riding and engine temp is at operating temp, I shut off the bike at a store, etc. and if I do not wait long enough it will not start. It will crank but will not fire. I cool the engine and will start and run just fine. I have changed the system relay and the crank positioning sensor. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
This a recent thing or has it been going on a while? I would lean towards weak ignition or low fuel pressure. when did you change plugs last and when was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

Still have stock compensator or was it upgraded to the SE version? Have you checked the temp sensor? Have the contacts behind the ignition where the wire plugs in been checked?

Thank you all in advance
Sounds temp related by your description....
I'd check for codes first..... if no codes check the temp sensor.......
