Like so many have already pointed out, Custom Dynamics. They are a market-leader and have outstanding customer service as well as a very solid warranty. There are others however out there that may suit your needs and budget. I tried some cheap LEDs and they do work but don't seem to last. I know riders with Ciro 3D that also have great luck and are satisfied too.
If you go with some of the imported stuff, just be aware of the price differences and remember - you get what you pay for.
