I have purchased color matched lowers from AdvanBlack. Reasonable price, not quite HD quality but better than typical eBay/Amazon. I never liked the whole lowered, big wheel/swooped rear end look. The cartoon caricature is beginning to look as dated as the chopper fad. All bling and no function.
I much prefer the direction HD and aftermarket are going putting more performance and handling into the bikes, but that's just me...

My favorite part of motorcycles, especially Harley, is the ability to make it your own. A look, a style, or a bored day with a rattle can and a few beers.
It's all creative, unique and expressive.
It is something I wish I saw more of, honestly. Too many Harleys are being shoehorned into one conformed look. By its very nature, diluting the very unique expression that made Harleys cool.
I still get flack on almost a daily basis for riding a white police bike. Plenty of middle fingers thrown my way. And **** salutes, but that's another matter 😮💨.
Somewhere along the way individualism became obligatory conformity. I think it is really a struggle the brand has had for quite some time now.
One of the coolest Harleys I ever saw was the ridiculous Star Trike in Ocean Beach San Diego. Good dude, great ride. One of a kind (even if he had a few).
Ride what you like. Stay safe. And celebrate other riders. If everything looks the same nothing looks cool.
