Easily reversible in mere hours? How do you plan on restoring the pinstripes you deleted?

Thanks! BTW, if lean angle happens to present an issue, will simply rework the plan accordingly.

Correct.

By simply popping back on the factory original fairing, tank, fenders, etc. that came with the bike and had been stored away safely so they're all kept pristine like I've done on other builds. Easy peasy! Anyway, any word yet on how bike will be somehow "devalued" with this plan?

After just TRYING to sell mine, MANY sources told me that stock, low mileage bikes, are the most desirable and best selling, and draw the highest prices. Do what you want, its your bike. I am not saying to mod or not, I like to make changes myself, but just lettin ya know what I found out. Mine is a high mileage bike, 69k now, and nobody seems to want those, at least not if they have to pay for it, lol.

I quit trying to sell mine when dealers want to offer me have what they have bikes listed for, same age as mine with more miles.

Yeah, I never worry too much myself about what a used bike of mine might sell/trade for later. Life's too short to worry about silly stuff like that. Main focus is always enjoying the absolute most out of whatever bike I'm currently riding, and that always requires some mods and upgrades. You only go around once, so make it count!

Did not know you just changed stock parts, way I took to understand it you took off the pin striping and removed the tank emblems, a little info goes a long way. Excuse me if I don't stay on here hour to hour.

As far as I know, all that horrific factory pinstriping is painted on, not tape, so yeah, it doesn't just peel off (which would be great), and a simple swap of the parts is way to go IMO. Bonus: This way you can then have any primary color ya want too and throw the bike back to stock if that how it should be sold later. Not sure what you mean about you "don't stay on here hour to hour."

Your last part, Anyway, any word yet on how bike will be somehow "devalued" with this plan? By meaning I am not here all the time, just glance once in a while. Glad you are able to perform the work you plan, not all of us can afford, but that's on me.
