Kudos to Custom Dynamics for standing behind their products. My Pro Beam Saddle Bag lights lost their running light function (about 3 weeks apart from each other), and the right side light was moisture fogged. I took pictures and a video of the lights so they could see that the brake/ turn signal function still worked, just no running lights. Also took pictures of the wiring, stock, and then with sides switched to prove it wasn't a wiring issue. They responded by email and new lights were at my door in a couple of days. Installed them last night and all is light again! Once again Thanks to Custom Dynamics for their great service.

When I ordered a light for my tour pack , I realized the connectors were not going to work for the 2010 , CD helped me get set up by supplying me with the proper wiring harness , made the job easy .

 

They are great!! Great customer service and very helpful!!

I had a similar issue and they took care of me. Now, even my wife has CD lights on her bike. Expensive, but worth every penny, and you'll always know you'll be taken care of in the event of a failure. A lot of companies could take notes.

 

Many stories like this are why I purchased Custom Dynamics products instead of Harley or those Eagle products.

 

Excellent customer service and lifetime warranty on quality products are reasons why I went with CD. Also, because our local HD dealers carry them.

 

Custom Dynamics probably has the best customer of any company I have ever dealt with.

 

I had a question about their fender tip light for Canadian use, called their number and within seconds was speaking to a real person who gave me a correct answer. How often does that happen nowadays? Other companies could learn a lot from you, C-D.
