36/40 is proper at 70F not ridden yet. If it is 90F ambient and the air inside the tire has warmed up to that and the bike hasn't been ridden yet, then 38/42 is the right pressure. Air pressure increases about one psi for every 10F of temperature rise of the sir inside the tire. leave it alone
