Is anyone else having problems with their PowerVision? I need to update the program on a 2016 FLHXS but the new program won’t download to the bike even though the PV link downloads to the laptop. Calling customer support was not at all productive.

I had a issue once. Turned out to be a pin on one of the connectors.
What computer software are you using.....?? How old is your computer...??
I'm a MAC guy, so not really knowledgeable about the PC world, however... If you are using an old computer/software, this info may help...
I had an old PC in my garage I was using for WinPv and my PowerVision tuner...
I forget what number Windows it was running, but I had trouble downloading PV updates. Long story short, I found something about my computer was no longer compatible with the PV software and I was not able to update the computer due to its age. It was about 10 years old...
I ended up buying a new PC with newest Windows and was back up and running....
I'm assuming you're trying to update the PV firmware, by download from the DynoJet site. If so, download the correct file for your operating system, ie, Windows 10 of 11, and download that into the download folder. From there, open the WinPV software on your computer and select the update tab and open the downloaded file from the download folder where you put the DynoJet update file. Then, plug the PV into the computer using the Mini USB cable and select the update tab on the PV unit. From there, you should be able to load your tunes, and install those in the bike from the PV unit itself.
I have found the PV needs to updated to be able to load new tunes in the 21-up bikes.
This is fixed now, the problem was with my laptop. I contacted Dyno Jet support and a tech linked up with my computer to complete the update. It took him 10 minutes and 50 seconds. Excellent customer service.
