I have a 100% stock 2023 Ultra Limited with only 1200 miles on it. Took it to bike week in Ocean City Maryland over the weekend and 2 times it would not start. It had code U0142 on all diag entries? I was able to clear after I let the bike sit for about 30 minutes!
not what I expected from a 2 month old bike! The Codes are still cleared but taking it to the dealership tomorrow.
My question is will they be able to look into the history to see the code? I did take pictures but I am afraid that they will not be able to troubleshoot anything Id the code is now cleared? I am hesitant to take the bike on long rides until this is resolved. Thanks in advance.

Well, something is going on with the right hand controls or other wiring issues going from the control. The fact that the issue cleared itself, it may be difficult to diagnose.
Hello my friend. Where you able to fix the problem with ou142h code? I had and still have the same problem on my lowrider 2023. When I went to dealership the they loosened the wires right in the front of the gas tank, said wires were too tide and when the bike is cold it can through the code. Well a day later codes came back. Please let me know if you were able to find a problem. Thank you dauifr

Very interested. How did you know it's controls and handle bar switch?
