rounders, you were right, I wasnt measuring ohms correctly. Zeroed the meter and I got 0 ohms. So we can rule the cables out. For good measure I cleaned the ends and greased them.
I also cleaned the greased the maxi fuse. It was looking corroded on one end.

I left the battery on the charger last night. Heres the readings this morning. Ill put it in the bike and do a start test this afternoon.
A posters commented on the internal resistance on the battery which is shown here. I dont know what is good.

Geez.....open your wallet and spend a few bucks on a new battery already!.....If your time is worth anything then the time you're taking to address this issue is more than a new battery would cost. Just do it.
Sorry to sound "harsh" but the worse case is that you bought a new battery and it didn't help.....now you've got an extra battery for your back up sump pump.....LOL

It is a year and half old battery, I understand the guys apprehension about chucking in trash. They are not cheap
If it starts fine with jump pack, or charger on high, I generally will say bad battery. Not that it can't be dirty connections.
But didn't he replace battery and all good? So many battery threads hard to keep track

I got 3 toys that require batteries, 2 vehicles that require batteries, 3 kids that always need something and a wife that hates when I spend money on my pet projects.
So if youre so flush with cash, Im a northsider too, swing by and buy me a battery 🤣
