ABS Question
My Street Glide has ABS. However, how can one tell that they are actually installed? The brakes look like the brakes on all of the other bikes. And, I prefer not trying to lock up the rear wheel. Is there a digit in the VIN that indicates that it has ABS?

My EGC has a small black tag on the left caliper that is embossed "ABS". It also has a wire running up from the hub area in addition to the wire for the fender light and the brake line. SInce the SG doesn't have the fender light you will have a brake line and a wire. Oh, yeah, and my wallet is $800 lighter.

Just look for the reluctor wheel on the hub with a sensor mounted close to it with a wire running up the fork/swing-arm.
Or just go out and slam on the back brake, you`ll find out if it`s installed or not.
