I had a pair of Saddleman covers on my 06.
They fit pretty good, but the Velcro adhesive stopped being strong enough and it left a gooey mess.
The straps also faded out pretty quickly.
I recently saw a set that stretched over the lids and had an elastic band (kind of like a fitted sheet), that secured them in place, but I cant recall the brand or source.

I know Mustang Seats sells a stretch fit cover. Also these guys have them but I think the Novistretch covers look more form fitting to me.
I have the 3m paint protective tape on mine but when I go on long out of state trips I put the Mustang covers over the lids. Without them, my paint is protected fine but I find I get black skid marks on the tops of my bags from her getting on and off and scraping her boots on them. I personally prefer not to use them, I'd rather show off the paint but they do the job and aren't what I would call an eye sore.
