600000 miles
Those mods done right, IMHO, won't hurt reliability.
The way the bike was ridden can hurt reliability on any engine... OEM through a high HP crate engine... Since you will never know how it was ridden, the best you can do is tell how it was maintained and cared for... I believe a well maintained and cared for bike shows pride of ownership. While that doesn't rule out the bike being subjected to some "spirited" riding, most who maintain and care for their bikes don't abuse them...
Are there service records and receipts for the service & mods....?? If the bike has a good, verifiable maintenance history, and passes a visual inspection showing it is in good condition and was cared for... I wouldn't blink at 60K miles.
The only thing that gives me pause is the TTS tune. I would make sure the bike comes with the TTS tuner used to tune it, or I would walk...... While TTS makes a superior tuner, they automatically lock the ECM with their tune. You would need that tuner, or would have to contact TTS, jump through a bunch of hoops, and probably pay some money, if you ever wanted to change or modify the tune... I am not a fan of someone locking my ECM... That's why I went with the PowerVision tuner....

Usually when guys post bikes with that kind of mileage here, they sit forever.
Also I think many people just upgrade stuff cause they think they need it.
While it can show abuse, rebuilding after 50-60k may become part of my maintenace, when primary is off.
