RE: A funny waving observation...Road Glide related
I wave to anyone with 2 wheels and a motor. If they wave back that's great. If they don't that fine as well. Most folks around here wave back. The ones that don't most of the time are riding choppers. oh well, Guess they're just caught up in thier own thing. Some times it kind of funny to see the sport bikers do a double take and then scramble to wave back...lol.

Dude, you forgot to read through your Roady membership packet. Everyone riding a metric has been briefed already to always wave at Roadies so other HD riders start snickering.
Can you imagine what would happen if other HD riders found out what we already know about riding a Roady? There would be a lot of FLHâs up for sale Iâll tell you that.

Your right about the wing thing, I get waved at by everybody but the Harleys, I just don't think they know it's a harley until it's to late..Damn Road Glide..now I am going to have to sell the thing just to get waved at by some real bikers[sm=happybounce.gif]
RE: A funny waving observation...Road Glide related
I'm on my second RoadGlide, this one is an '04 and bought it new. I get waves from sportbikers, Wingdingers, everybody on a Harley regardless of model. Even had a couple of (gag) scooter riders weakly attempt a wave. Most everybody waves, some don't bother for whatever reason.
But since I had the bike repainted Ferrari Red, the freakin' Firefighters wave at me in the firetrucks! They think it's a new Firefighter model?
When I owned a '96 FLHTCU Blue Knight, all the law enforcement officers waved at me........and EVERY HD waved at me.......of course.....be nice to a possible cop.
RE: A funny waving observation...Road Glide related
I don't wave at anybody, why should I?? I have know idea who you are, and I really don't care who you are, and that means especially RG cause they ain't Poop, if you don't ride a FLHT, the orginal King of the Highway, you ain't a rider. the wave thing is for sissys anyway, I'm sick of it, I'm going to get a big ol fist with one finger up and mount that on my windshield, theres my wave. so of course I don't expect you to wave at me, please refrain from wving at me..oh, thats right you don't know me do you?
