That would bug the **** out of me, especially on something so new. I would likely have a very close look at the brackets holding the fairing, if bent, replace or bend back. I would really want to be sure it didn't bend the frame but then, we would assume the dealer looked at that correct? Are there any other indications? Bike drifting left or right at high way speeds or anything like that? It seems like it would take quite a bit to bend an engine guard.
Tear it apart, hopefully you'll find something easy to adjust.

If the dealer checked the frame, they would have checked the frame tab (bent, cracked or broken) for damage which would indicate a bent frame, unfortunately...

Something is bent or broken, you need to take the outer fairing off and investigate. 20 MPH is a decent impact with the weight of the motorcycle. Winter is coming, spend the time to do it right, good luck.

If adjustment is needed, loosen the 4 bolts that go into the Inner Fairing Mount bracket. Loosen the bolts that connect the Fairing Support Clamps. Adjust the fairing as needed. It will go up and down - changing the angle.
You can also adjust (align) the inner fairing some by using the two screws shown in the pic below.
By the way, the fairing support clamp adjustment mentioned above is clearly shown in the "V" of my two fingers.

Thank you, NCPiper, for that, didn’t know about that adjustment.

Was on a highway today for about half an hour 75-80 sustained, bike rides as before, no drifting, pulling.

Yeah I get that. Outer fairing was already out and I’ve tried to adjust it in Y axis, which is pretty easy, turns out I need to adjust it in X axis.

Engine guards are looking straight, not crooked, I know it’d be hard to see visually but still. Guess I’m going to pull outer again and remove instruments nacelle as well this time for better looksies.

Took the fairing off today and instruments nacelle. Loosened up bolts that hold fairing mount to the frame and it looks like there should be enough wobble that would allow straighten it out. Decided to call it a day, to not rush things.

Well I think I've fixed it: as I've mentioned, I've loosened the bolts holding inner bracket to frame, installed the tank and was pulling it while my son was watching for gaps, then while I was holding it my son tightened up those bolts. There's only so much movement, it was better but still a little crooked, so I've put one 1/2" washer between fairing and the bracket for both right side bolts and I think it came out better that I've had it from the time I've bought this ride lol.

as a bonus my speedo/tach is now perfectly aligned with the fairing when bars are straight. Doing happy dance now

Well done! That would have driven me crazy as well.
