oh so let me add to the story. Yes you’re correct. But what I didn’t say was I had the tach glass on the kitchen counter where I always put my ****. My daughter thought it was a lid from food AND THREW THE DAMN THING AWAY without questioning. That’s why I’m screwed.

Sometimes people manufacture a solution ans sell it.
I have seen touring glass offered for sale.
Glass in general terms can sometimes have a tint or refract light different so changing both would probably look best.
