I bought a set used, there the older style that don't latch, just swing forward or backwards. The right side works like a champ but the left side hits the inspection plate. Does anyone have any experience with them? Do I have to shim the passenger board out? I have the "Live to Ride" cover on my'06 Road King Classic, maybe that makes a difference.
I have the new set that Kuryakin makes and when I do an oil change I have to remove the whole footboard and peg. I wish H-D would come up with something else then that.. But it just adds to the little wrench time that I spend on it so that is no big deal..
Boy, you are such a lucky guy[sm=bounceybounce.gif]
