Ill tell ya being in music retail since 1975, i have never ever seen any brand guitar in that color scheme. Squinting ive never seen it. I saw the hd video on the color, i think they are on glue.. imo, its ugly too.. lol...
I don't dislike the paint. In fact, to each his own and enjoy!
In the distant past I would occasionally fall victim to "impulse" color choices that I quickly regretted! (i.e. Harley Aztec Orange, Corvette Atomic Orange. Was on an orange kick for a while)
Something like "OMG, what a cool color!!! Everyone will want that! It is so awesome, I have to have it!! etc etc etc" Wrong. Crap color, no one wants it and after a week in the garage looks like a horrible Christmas tree ornament.
And honestly, when it comes to re-sale? Most of these "designer" colors only appeal to a select few. I pretty much stick to the tried and true basics that never grow old.
