Bluetooth Connection
Hey Guys and Gals,
. I just purchased a 2014 Ultra Classic Limited and it didn't come with a manual. I know I can order one but I'm on a long trip now and was wondering if there's a way to connect a Bluetooth helmet to the bike. I've tried and it says to use code 0000 but we all know the helmets don't have button numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Usuallly, your phone is paired to bluetooth and the helmet headset is paired to the phone. At least that's how mine works. The way you use the helmet headset varies with different brands and models, but I'd be looking for instructions for the helmet / headset for how to take calls, change music etc..

What brand of BT is in your helmet? Is it built into the helmet or mounted on the side of it? Do you have a WHIM (Wireless Headset Interface Module) installed inside the front fairing? You’ll need that in order to use BT to the bike, otherwise it’s a wired connection from helmet to the plug on top of the tank. If you have a WHIM, you do pair your helmet BT (Sena or Cardo) to the bike and if you want to control your phone calls and music with your hand controls, you’ll need to pair your phone to the Infotainment system too.
