1. Remove the caliper and brake pads.
2. Clean the inside area of brake dust debris.
3. Make sure part #11 is in there.
4. Do not disassemble the caliper unless you plan on rebuilding it.
5. Put some anti-squeal grease on the back side of the brake pads (the side away from the rotor).
6. Get the grease on
or your local auto parts store.
7. It is always good to have a H-D Service Manual when working on your bike.

My bike when front braking which I do very seldom, sounds like a dump truck. Pads aren’t worn, anyone here ever experience this noise?
Obviously, your brakes need maintenance. I'm more interested to know why you choose not to use the front brakes. In parking lot situations (or very low speeds in turns) the rear brake is primary, but the front should be the primary any other time.
