I went with Antennx. Found it on ebay. 24.00 for the pair.
They look good, and reception seems good. The whips are just toooo long. About get strangled if you walk behind the bike in the dark.
I did find that the new ones seemed to loosen up after about a week, so a dab of locktite, and all is good...

I put the J&M 18 inch shorties on my Ultra and the reception is at least as good if not better for AM / FM reception.. .I cant speak for the CB as I have never talked to anyone with that thing.
The stock is hard to beat as to reception, but I went J&B and it looks better and works very close to as good, those cheapies from auto zone and others look better but dont work worth a hoot.
The first time I backed out of the garage both antennae caught on the garage door and I nearly dumped the bike. Off came the whips.. on went J&M shorties.
