Default Cam timing marks

Hey fellow DIY-ers. I'm helping a friend do a cam chain tensioner upgrade on his 2004 Road King. We're at the point of assembling the original cams into the new cam plate. I don't see the typical "dots" for timing marks. The only thing I see are a pair of lines on one tooth of each cam (see photo below). I can't imagine this could be anything other than the timing marks but I want to be 100% sure. Did Harley used to have a different type of mark or maybe this is how they look on a particular aftermarket brand? He bought the bike used so it's possible that someone already did a cam upgrade. Thanks for looking.

That's the marks. Done by hand with an air etch pen. Probably aftermarket?

Thanks for the reply. Looks like they are stock. I measured the intake and exhaust lift and they are right in line with the stock numbers.

Those are stock cams- note the matching marks circled in blue.

Good observation on the matching marks. Did not notice those under my shop lights but the camera helped them show up.
