I have a zeppelin for my 2001. The pump ran continuously. I contacted milsco and they send me a new pump. The newer style pump replaces the old smaller pump and has you remove the reservoir bladder and pumps directly to the inflate switches and then to the bladders. The new pump began jumping as soon as power was applied. I did some troubleshooting and found out that both inflate/deflate switches for both the front and rear seats were leaking air internally. I've contacted milsco asking for new seat switches.

So you are able to deal with Milsco directly? Do you want to share your contact info for the person you are dealing with? Others here have said that you need to contact the dealer and go through them.
I have inflation issues on the second switch in the rider position on mine. Would be great to get that sorted on an older out-of-warranty seat without having to go through the dealer!
I was having issues with my air compressor continuously running. I found a small pressure switch that was wired to the compressor. After doing some digging I found the switch manufacturer. They had explained the diaphragm was blown which wasn't why my compressor was turning off. Anyways, they were able to sell me a new switch at not too bad of a price. Here's a link to the page I found. http://presair.com/pressure-cutoff-switch/

Any one knows where I can buy replacement air bladders for HD road zeppelin seat. My hoses to the bladders are completely dry rotted, crumbles in your hand. Ive contacted Milsco Manufacturer and they wont sell directly to consumers. Ive already dismantled the seat down to bladders. My HD dealership said they cant send the seat to Milsco because I already took it apart. Sad!! Whats my alternative? Because the tubing is heat crimp into the bladders, I need new bladders. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My email is: rickystpierre@gmail.com

This morning I got a notification that there was a reply on this seat thread so I decided to look. Sorry but I missed earlier inquiries and updates.
Yes, I have been able to buy seat parts for older Zeppelin seats directly from Milsco Mfg. in Wisconsin in the past, but I also run an Indy shop here in Canada. Maybe that makes a difference? 🤷♂️
I will pass my contact on for all here. Please be polite and humble when speaking with Milsco, they don't traditionally deal with individual consumers, their customers are businesses. It has been a few years now so I don't know if this is still valid for 2025, but this is what I had.
Happy New Year to all, and a safe 2025 riding season!
