SE 103" Hop up Kit
103-113 Stroker Fly Wheel this is the second one Harley telling me it's me the dealer is saying that there experiencing this problem with all SE hop up kits I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem twisting cranks with SE hop up Kits
When you build it this time, weld the pins. I had to do this on my 82 KAW drag bike after I twisted it. Haven't done this on a Harley but should be the same process I would think. Just a guess, maybe some of the engine builders on here will have a fix.

Are you using the true S/E crank (from Jim's) or is it the HD 96/103 crank from the 07 & 08 bikes?
The S/E one is $1k+ (retail) and the HD one is about half the price. I have heard the standard HD one prone to sissoring or twisting...
The welded pin recommendation is sound advice, along with balancing after the weld.
I was at the dealer getting service and pricing an upgrade with exhaust, tuner, heads, throttle body etc. The guy was telling me that they are seeing bent cranks on the 110's. He said, keep to a 103".

What kind of 82 COW did you have that you needed to weld the pins in the crank???
