If you don't already have one, have you considered an oil cooler? A friend of mine put one on his TC103 and he said it made a world of difference. Our current bikes (Ultra-Limited 114 and Heritage Classic 114) both have oil-cooled M8's and they're night and day difference over the previous TC96 Ultra Classic and EVO1200 Sportster we rode.
