Has anyone ever had issues with their legends front hitting hard over big bumps I dont recall it doing that when I first put them in !! Could it be that the fluid seeped out over the two years that they have been in the bike?? I never seen any leaks on my garage floor any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

Cartridges contain a small amount of oil compared to standard forks. They need to be rebuilt before 20,000 miles, usually by the factory. Most folks miss that section in the installation instructions.

Curious, I have the instructions right off the website in front of me, and see no mention of this 20,000 mi rebuild info.
"When do you recommend a service or rebuild of my Legend Suspensions product?
We don't specify a particular service interval for our suspension products. Instead, we advise contacting us if you notice visible oil leaks or experience a decline in ride quality, indicating a need for a warranty rebuild.
Regarding fork oil and seals, we recommend following the manufacturer's suggested service interval for replacement. As for the oil within the AXEO cartridge, it typically doesn't require replacement unless there's a notable decline in ride quality.
The oil in these forks is in really bad shape by 30k miles. It I looks really bad and smells even worse. I have changed from suspension on several bikes and will always service the fork oil at 20 to 25k mile range moving forward.
I tried Legions once and found them to be very harsh. There are many comments I have read about this. I changed out the front kits to Pro-Action on both my bikes and see no difference in performance, but a much improved ride for way less money.

The Legend suspension also has a nitrogen gas reservoir in it as well as oil. If the nitro leaked out, it could be part of the problem.

looks like I might have to pull the cartridge back out and have them rebuild them!!! If I would have known this about them would not have used them!!!!

you should buy something different and install when you send off the legends. 👍
