The 2006 Street Glide had a 6 speed transmission. At least mine did.
Well, then your trans wasn't OEM. Probably had a gear set change....
An OEM 2006 Street Glide did not come from the factory with a 6-speed....
The 6-speed (cruise drive transmission) was introduced in the 2006 Dyna models, and went to the rest of the big twin model lines in 2007 with the 96" engine....
That base model primer gray would look better if it was a shade or two darker. I go back & forth on the blue burst. I think I like a darker blue. The iron horse metallic looks good. I really like the whiskey firestorm & midnight firestorm.

Blue burst with the black trim on the 2024s is awesome. So is Whiskey Fire (same as Whiskey Firestorm without the ghost flames). Check them out at the dealer, they look much better in person.
Man, I am really liking the brilliant red, iron horse metallic and mystic shift after watching some videos on YT. I know they will look even better in person. I went to HD website and built a 25 Road Glide... it was $37k

LOL Buy a 2024 for a couple grand less and then have it painted whatever color you want, all for less than the MSRP of a 2025.
I think HD screwed the pooch with the lack of a grand touring line. They are calling their touring line "Grand Touring" now, SMFH. I was thinking I might want to get a new bike, but I will stick with my 2020 UL. It baffles my mind why they would keep the old-style fairings on the Tri-glides, thus having two different infotainment systems. It seems like that would only increase production costs. I thought my wife was nutz buying a 2024 Tri-glide in December, but since the only change was an extra $2k, I guess she made a good choice.
