Default Boards to peg conversion question

Previous bikes were pegs. Bought a 21 Street Glide last year and gonna try pegs. Bought the Harley board to peg conversion kit and it has a “female” U mount. All the pegs have “male”ends. So am I correct that I need to get “female” peg adaptor in order to get any peg to work? Has anyone done this and what adaptor do I need and where to get it. I think I found a couple on line but not sure, and the Kuryakan ones at JP Cycles is sold out and they were not even sure when I called them. You would figure that if Harley sells a board to peg bracket they would sell the adaptor to make any of their pegs work with it? If they have and I am missing something please let me know.

thanks

What you have is what you need. Couple washers/spacers, couple spring washers on each side of the peg.

What pegs are you trying to use with those? Those look like highway pegs off a set of crashbars. Those look pretty slim at the mount for normal HD pegs.

I have mids on my road glide and wanted a set of "highway pegs" so i installed this exact item the peg conversions.
the peg conversions are set up for a m8 softail type peg.
I use Flo moto for my pegs.
they look like this.

The split in the clevis is for the spring that came with the peg conversion mounts.
I just finished this project earlier this month.

There should be a retention spring that keeps them from falling down along with the washers you'd normally use.
