I have a 2012 Tri glide. I was looking into taking out my Air gauge and replace it with a Hogtunes BTS-AA in - Fairing music controller for 1999-2013 Harley-Davidson Touring Models. Can I remove this with out issues or can I relocate it. Or would it be better to install an Aquatic AV AQ MP 5UBT-HS Factory Harley Davidson Replacement AM/FM Satellite Radio. Wasn't sure if this is ok to do with the Security System. Thoughts on this please, We are taking a couple long rides and want the wife to enjoy some good music on the ride.

Many people with the air temp gauge removed it from their bikes. A lot of people put in an oil temp gauge instead. There were manny posts, back then, about removing that air temp gauge on this forum. I have never read of any issue with just removing that gauge..
The security on the 2012 bikes was handled via the TSSM module. The radio does not have any affect on the TSSM security module. There are numerous models with the TSSM Security and no radio. I also never read of any issues caused with the security from changing or removing the radio.
If you run into any issues/questions, there is an "Audio Systems" sub-forum here. There are some really knowledgeable people on that sub-forum about all things audio for Harley bikes.
Good luck with your mod and report back how it goes....
