Air Breather lose??

Induction Manifold lose??
Last night I finally got my gas tank back on after a cam install and noticed that my air breather is real lose. The entire assembly (induction manifold) where it goes into the heads rotates up and down really easy and to me appears to be kind of hanging instead of sitting level. I don't remember it being like that but I never really messed with it too much. The bolts where it connects to the head are tight and there's nothing else I can see that would hold it up. Am I missing something? Surely its not supposed to be that lose right? I fired the bike up for the first time last night since the cams were installed and it sounded great. I didn't notice or hear anything that sounded off that may have been caused by the air breather being lose or an air leak.

The breather bolts that go thru the backing plate are what holds it in place. Yes, it will rotate without them in or if they are pulled thru on the backing plate.

Thanks, just checked out a couple videos, Ill take a look when I get home, I must have not put the breather bolts in correctly.
